Menko Rose

Menko Rose was born in 1925 in New York City, attended Cornell University (B.A.) and later, California State University at Hayward (M.S.), and the University of Washington ( Ph.C .); he was awarded three battle stars and a Purple Heart as a rifleman in the 90 th Infantry division in World War II. Since then, he had a variety of careers including: securities analyst on Wall Street; guitarist and folk singer; wholesaler of metal cutting tools and equipment; Marriage, Family and Child Therapist; and researcher on the improvability of adult human intelligence. Menko has been an active world federalist for about 15 years. He has served as assistant treasurer of WFA, treasurer of the World Government Coalition, president of the WFA of Monterey County, and is now on the Board of Directors of AUD, an honorary vice president of WFA, and coordinator of the NGO Coalition for the Community of Democracies and master of its web site. Menko has written many articles and presented a number of programs in this country and in Europe and Japan mostly advocating a worldwide, constitutional, federation of democracies with limited jurisdiction, not to supplant the United Nations, but to supplement it.
